Poble Rivermark

When I showed up at 3pm to check in I was told my room wasn’t ready, told the staff I was working nights and I would be back in the am. Around 730 am I tried to check in my room only to be told they can no longer find my reservation. I called Expedia and they weren’t able to help but get me another hotel but everywhere was booked due to a tech convention in town. The hotel staff told me that by 10am they will be able to check me in for the week I just needed to wait. At 10 they informed me they just booked the room I was suppose to stay in. Mind you I just got done working a night shift and most hotels won’t let you check in at 10am. So my whole experience with this hotel and Expedia isn’t the greatest

We love staying at this particular chain. While this place was a little smai, still like the layout
