"Loved the location! Clean, easy parking."

"Reeds is a wonderful place to stay but the bed seemed stiff and extremely noisy when getting in and out of the bed. The mattress did not fit on the frame so not lying on a flat supportive system but was fine while sleeping."

"Unable to adjust temperature, it was cold"

"Great stay"

"The Inn is lovely and the staff is wonderful. The breakfasts were very filling with lots of great choices and the teatime and wine and cheese in the afternoon were lovely. "Loved the ocean front view. Room was nicely updated, but the in wall air conditioner/heater was noisy - came on often throughout the night, disrupting our sleep - we were not able to shut it off with the remote control."

"The hotel is in a great location with very friendly and professional staff. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. (Family travelling from Scotland)"

"Great location across from the ocean and very quiet spot. Very clean and ocean views from the 2nd floor, room was decent sized and perfect for a long weekend. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great property at a perfect location. Very clean and well maintained! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend this hotel"

"Beautiful spacious condo across the street from the beach & within walking distance to shops & restaurants."

"The room was very nice but: Split unit didn’t work consistently Parking in offseason still an issue Outside our door way too much light- shutters far from fully blocking it and way too much noise. The motel style layout not for us but the room was very nicely remodeled. Cleaning staff was good but office almost never available. They leave a number to call/text but neither gave a response"
