"The location is very good as it is close to many restaurants, banks, shopping and bars. There is a pub off the lobby but, it was full for a birthday party. No other option was offered to us for food. Though not rude the desk employee wasn't overly friendly either. This hotel needs some serious maintenance, upgrades and deep cleaning. "The efficiency had everything you need. I was a single and more than I needed but the price was good. The only down fall is that I am a senior. I asked for a downstairs room and said it was not possible. I said I could do the stairs but not with luggage so they carried them up for me. It was very quiet. With the 2 rooms. It would be good with children too. And the playground."

"We booked this for our mini honeymoon the three nights following our wedding (end of Sept) and were excited to stay in the King Suite. But ended up being quite disappointed. The room was very cold with no heat and the front desk person wasn't the nicest when we asked for extra blankets. We weren't expecting the red carpet but at least a "thanks so much for choosing to stay here for your honeymoon". Some of the staff were great but generally no one cared that we had chose Dalvay for our honeymoon...

"There was no breakfast (even though it was advertised) we had a jacuzzi tub room but there was hardly any soap, only stuff for the shower. Pool closed early. Furniture in the room was stained and pretty dingy. "
