Only reason I’m giving a 1 star is because zero stars is not an option.

No lock for restrooms. No shower door . Rest all good

We had a spacious 2 queen bed suite. Room was in good condition. It was advertised as a remodeled suite but I would say it was basic, nothing special. The downside was the shower, the water would not drain and the water would overflow. To make matters worse, I called the front desk to let them know about the shower and they supposedly were going to send someone up as soon as a maintenance worker was available. Nobody ever came. Very disappointing! I understand there’s probably tons of calls daily but how do you not come at all or make any changes for us. Or at the very least let us know nothing could be done and take care of us some other way. I was even told at the time I called, a note was made to our room to ensure we had help. At the time of check out I made sure to let them know about our situation and even mentioned a note on our room which I was told at check out there was no note. This of course upset me more which was noticeable by the staff member. She offered one day resort fee to be waived even though we stood 3 nights. I happily accepted that but seriously that’s the best you can do even after being lied to. Anyways that was my only issue. The room was 1026 just in case this issue still needs to get fixed.
