"Our family had an amazing time! Laurie was a most welcoming host and showed us around when we first arrived. She was super accommodating of letting us use their lake mat for the duration of the stay because one of their float we were going to rent was not usable. The shade on the porch was great for my parents who liked staying out of the sun. There was plenty of room with bedrooms for everyone. It was clean and not very buggy at all inside. The kitchen had everything we needed! The a/c units in...

"We just needed a place without light pollution near Lincoln hill farm, so we could go to a concert, then lay in the grass and see some meteors. Pretty great."

"We enjoyed relaxing by the lake and grilling for our daughter and friends. The kayaks and row boat were a nice addition to our time by the lake. The stars at night are beautiful!"

"The host is excellent with communication, the property is well kept and dog friendly! Safe, fenced in area where everyone can be together. The sunrises are amazing and so is the expansive view of the lake. 10 out of 10 for relaxation! Close to wineries and shopping as well."

"The place is excellent. We had one small hiccup about the dog but all in all everything went well after communicating the issue with the owner of the place. The place itself is very clean, amazing lake views and nice neighbours. It is located right in between Watkins Glen and Geneva. So we had chance to visit both sides of the lake. Highly recommend ! "

"This is a very quiet cottage in the woods, but not far off the "beaten path". It is very clean and well cared for. We were only there to sleep after Grassroots, so we didn't get to explore the grounds. We would stay again. "

"We rented the house for a relaxing bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The house was well stocked and located a short distance from downtown Skan. Would definitely rebook in the future!"

"Our studio rental was perfect! Comfy bed, great shower, and fluffly towels. The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing anything! Just bring the food, beverages and condiments. However, coffee and coffee maker was provided. The bathroom was sparkling clean! We chose to engage our hosts Carmella and Rod. We had a lot of fun talking about the area. However, they are very respectful of privacy if you prefer. We will be back!"

"This is a beautiful, old Victorian home going through the process of renovation. We were a family of 10 and the space met our needs for the past two weeks. We truly enjoyed the expansive front porch, the level access to the lake, the friendly community and boating and swimming activities in the lake. "
