"Kiahuna Plantation Resort Kauai by OUTRIGGER Was exactly the place we were hoping for when we were booking a relaxing trip to Kauai. We selected an ocean view that did not disappoint, and our room was about 100 yards from the beach. The room was clean and had everything we needed for meals when we weren’t going out to eat. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Unparalleled location; a dream vacation for my family! The home is great for anyone wanting to enjoy the beach without needing to pack the car and dealing with logistics. The house is right there! The pool is fun and we really enjoyed the grill and outside eating area. Can’t wait to come again. "

"The NeNe Nest was the most amazing little beach house just tucked back from the shore! It’s gorgeous Hawaiian foliage added to the character of this original plantation cottage and it was well stocked with kitchen and beach items to enhance your stay. Nearby so many good restaurants and activities on the south side of Kauai island, the house was in such a good location! We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% stay here again! Mahalo! "

"We had the most amazing time at this home. Everyone room had an en-suite bath. The home was well equipped with everything you may need. The property is gorgeous and very private. Kevin is the owner of the property and lives nearby. I’m pretty sure he is a real life Angel! We had some issues with flight cancellations, car rental closed, and Kevin came to our rescue. We will definitely be back! "

"Perfect home for a family reunion! With 2 homes, lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 washer and dryers, a large veranda and a play field across the street, we all talked about how well this home was for our multigenerational family of grandparents, parents and children. The home is safe, well located, clean, well stocked with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and a membership to the athletic club, which our little ones loved almost as much as the baby beaches nearby. "This location is a dream, and the house is spacious, super comfortable, and has AC! We loved our time here so much. The view of the water never got old, and it was so nice being less than a five minute walk from Brennecke’s Beach, Poipu Beach, Puka Dog, and Brennecke’s Grill. If we ever return to south shore this is the only house we’d stay in!"

"The property was as advertised, with beautiful views and the amenities we needed. Washer-dryer are in the building but plan ahead if you want to use them because it's not open 24 hours. The beaches within walking distance were OK. Better beaches are within short driving distance and a mall with lots of places to eat is within a 15 minute walk"

"The house fit our family of 9 beautifully-lots of space to spread out & be comfy! Our family typically prefers eating in & this kitchen was ideal for that. It was well stocked to accommodate lots of cooking-plus lots of extra garbage bags & dishwasher pods helped, too. Loved the fabulous view & watching the sea turtles right below - even saw some stingrays & spinner dolphins! Both the host & manager were wonderful to respond quickly or answer any of our questions."

"This was an excellent value for the money. It was small but clean and was just minutes from the beach. An added bonus was tge greenway walkingctrails through the property. It also had beach chairs, towels and even a boogie board for us to use. We had a wonderful stay."

"We had a great time in this condo. Everyday when we woke up, we would eat breakfast on the balcony and watch turtles swimming! They were pretty cute. Great access to nearby beaches and the pool. Appreciated the beach towels, boogie board and chairs. AC was very helpful. Great access to Netflix and Disney Plus for after the sun went down. Loved it! Highly recommend"
