"The backyard and beautiful scenery is absolutely wonderful. We visited in the fall and the colors were unforgettable. We loved the private river access and the house was perfect for a friends trip retreating from busy lives and escaping to the woods. Would certainly stay again! Thank you! "

"This was me and my partners anniversary and this place did not disappoint! The owner was able to help us when we got lost a few times. The location is quite far out but that’s also a huge plus for us! There was so many amenities and I loved how inclusive it was with the awesome/easy to use propane heaters along with fully operational kitchen, bathroom, and gorgeous outdoor shower with hot water! We stayed in the tent and loved every second. The owner was really kind and accomodating!"

"Lovely home with spacious rooms and big pool/backyard! Bring your own board games and cooking supplies. Board games aren’t super kid friendly and we love to cook so not having a good blender and coffee brewer made us rate the house a 4 star! "

"Had a great place for some of the family to stay as we came for a family reunion of 62 at the Trinity River Farm. Loved dipping in the pool in the evening after a trip down the river. "

"We came for work to the area, 5 busy days, and it was such a great place to refill our cups and be our best the next day! Comfortable beds, great amenities, I loved using the yoga mats and space. We also highly recommend getting a massage during your stay!! Our hosts were very attentive! Can’t wait to come again! "

"When we arrived check in was simple the lock box was were it was. Inside the house was clean the beds were made. My kiddos wanted in the pool after we got unpacked. They loved the pool we spent everyday in the pool. The weather is beautiful for pool time. We didn't walk to the river since a sign said no trespassing and no river access. So we didn't want to trepass. My kids loved the water slide. I enjoyed playing basketball in the pool. "

"Booked this last minute as the Klamath river wasn’t fishing. Have to say it ticked all the boxes. Lots of room inside to spread out and relax. The deck in the back is large and overlooks the river. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Plenty of room in the driveway to fit our truck and raft, could easily get two boats in there. The cabin has a 60’s/70’s feel, but is equipped with newer appliances. Plenty of dishes and cookware for your needs. There is no cell service here however their...

"I loved this property! I loved the,"night sounds." I loved the front large porch with tables and chairs. We spent most of our time there. The movie selection was right up my alley with old-timey movies like North to Northwest, Young Frankinstien and M for murder. We spent all day at the pool on Sunday. The host was very kind. I thought I would have to cancel my trip as we had family in NC during Helene. She was very empathetic. The neighbors were amazing. My only complaint was the pricing. I...

"All we can say is WOW, WOW, WOW! This place is indeed a paradise. The pool is sparkling, the grass green and lush, the landscaping out of this world. A peaceful outdoor, gazebo for reading and/or napping. The hot tub was perfect for achy muscles and getting rid of work stress. The kitchen is beautifully supplied, all the bedrooms have comfortable beds, nice linens and large screen TVs. We hung out in the living room on the comfy sofa with the kids.
