"Check in was quick and easy, we arrived early and was happy to see that the room was ready, so early check in plus! Parking is right across the street from hotel, cute terrace and very nice bar and restaurant. Subway and shopping on Bloor just a block away. Would definitely come back."

"stayed there for 3 nights 4 days and me and my sister loved our stay. everything was at close proximity (bus, streetcar, subway), shoppers drug mart, restaurants, eaton center, etc. the staff was wonderful and very welcoming as soon as we checked in. the room was amazing, spacious, comfortable and clean. we’d definitely book there again for our next trip, in toronto. thank you for a wonderful stay and experience! :) "

"I really enjoy this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. There are many small touches that set it apart from other hotels. The details in the design of the spaces is wonderful. My only complaint is that there is no coffee maker in the rooms. They have a kettle and instant coffee. You can arrange room service. They have a well stocked minibar and a turntable which I would trade for a coffee maker. 🤓 The roof top restaurant is very good, an advanced reservation is recommended. "

"The only issue we had was the lift not working when we had to leave from the 8th floor with three weeks worth of luggage but they sent staff up to help us which was amazing!! Brilliant stay! Highly recommend!! Great location too!!! Safe and walking distance to so many cool places!!"

"Very nice hotel, it’s in a nice spot for visiting as pretty much everything is within 20/30 minutes walk. 10/10 would recommend."

"Good clean room, but the walls were thin. Cleaning staff started work before 9 am and you could hear everything. Also pigeons live on the window AC units and they were loud at night."
