Radiators went off for a long time and the room was cold. Moisture from the roof was on one wall. Bathroom was clean and nice but small. Room was large. "For the price i expected better: Paid for the lounge access as part of the room, but they did not load it onto the card, had to ask, so if course wasn't introduced to where it was. No introduction on where to get breakfast. The room card would stop working every night so have to back to reception to reactivate. They did not read the note to have the sofa bed ready so there was no bedding on it."

"The parking was good at the hotel and only £10 a night. The hotel is lovely, good breakfast, bar open till 02:00, rooms very comfortable. Would recommend staying here and close to the city centre."
