"The property was cleaned but the mantles needed dusting. The home is spacious & all the Beds were comfortable. My guests and I enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient to shopping. Need to improve on... having quality utensils to eat and cook with bc there was only 1 wooden spatula for cooking and pre/opened plastic ware from dollar to eat with. I had to buy cooking utensils for cooking. Other downside... was the dryer did not work and housekeeping left wet sheets in washer. Back...

"Ryan was a fabulous host. The home was perfect and his communication was spot on. Beds were excellent and the home looked like it was just recently remodeled. Showers were very roomy and water pressure is superb. We didn’t bring our dog but the large yard would have been perfect. Laundry room is nice with newer machines. Next time we are in Augusta this will be our first choice for sure. Checkout instructions were very simple and wasn’t very much work. Thanks Ryan for hosting us!"
