The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming house for rent in Plestin-les-Grèves, just one kilometre from the beaches. It has a floor area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 70 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:

Basement:

Ground floor:
- A 70 m² living area with a sofa, TV, dining area, and a games and reading corner. Books and board games (Scrabble, cards, Triomino, etc.) are provided.
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, electric mincer, electric whisk, electric citrus juicer… A Senseo pod coffee machine and a filter coffee machine are also provided.
- Bedroom 1: One double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

First floor:

- A beautiful, enclosed garden of 1,000 m², flat, quiet and secure, with lockable gates so children can play in complete safety

The house is ideally situated in Plestin-les-Grèves (between the islands of Bréhat and Batz), in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

Activities:
- A stroll along the Lieue de Grève, a large sandy beach ideal for walking, relaxing or sand yachting.
- Visit Roscoff and the island of Batz, an enchanting Breton duo combining harbour charm, maritime heritage and wild outdoor adventures, just a 45-minute drive away
- Hike along the Sentier des Douaniers (GR34), offering superb views of the sea, the cliffs and the Pink Granite Coast
- Water sports on the Douron, a natural estuary where river meets sea
- Visit the Seven Islands from Perros-Guirec and the charming ‘Pink Granite Coast’

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park any type of vehicle directly in front of the house and in the driveway leading down from the garage.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Plouaret/Morlaix station, a 15–25-minute drive away
- Nearest airport: Brest-Bretagne Airport, a 50-minute drive away

- Charging electric vehicles on the property is prohibited.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. You may be charged a fixed additional fee.
