"Service is great and staffs are very friendly. Service is one of the best Sheraton I have stayed around the world. Room and linens are clean. Bathroom is big enough but the arrangement can be better, a minor design issue.
Location is in North Hsinchu which is far from the old Hsinchu downtown. Having visited Hsinchu many times over the last 18 years, I think this is the best hotel overall in Hsinchu and Ambassador hotel, located in the old downtown Hsinchu, being second best.

"I went to Taiwan on business and stayed at the Sendale hotel in Zhubei. Everything about it was excellent. The location was very convenient, the room was clean with modern appliances, the breakfast was tasty and healthy, and the service was fast and friendly. "
