We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable, everything we could have possibly needed was available. Loved the quiet location and Dan and Norma were great hosts. I hope we can come back and visit again!

We had a wonderful 2nd stay at Dan's cabin. We previously stayed there in July 2014 and a trip with our son and his family. This time, we stayed along without 12 year old granddaughter, who was only 7 months old on our previous stay and so had no memories of it. The cabin is so clean and comfortable and we felt right at home! We went to Mesa Verde National Park one of the days we were there and that was great! We love it there and wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved everything about staying on this farm. The Duncan's greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was well stocked, immaculate and such a beautiful setting . You can see the love and pride they take in their whole 500 acres. They even brought us welcome gifts which was above and beyond. It was a great location to stay and site see in so many directions. We hope to return to explore more areas that we didn't have time to in our 5 day stay.

Spacious and very well stocked cabin with fabulous views and welcome quiet. Great place to stay to explore the area. Dan and Norma are wonderful hosts. I highly recommend this property

Beautiful home and property. The owners were incredibly kind. The cabin was well kept and stocked. We spent most of our time exploring around different cities but when we came back to sleep it was very quiet and peaceful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay there. The view of the Sleeping Ute Mountain was incredible.

Home Away from Home

Staying at Norma and Dan's VRBO was amazing. They created a home away from home for us. We are so comfortable. They were right next door and very responsive and friendly. We will plan on staying there on our next trip to the area. Anyone who stays here will be pleased!

Great place and great hosts.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Dan and Norma are super friendly and great hosts. We visited the Moab area, Durango and Silverton, and Telluride. Perfect location for all. Cabin was super nice and clean! Can’t wait to go back.

Cozy stay

Norma and Dan were gracious hosts. Their impeccably maintained cabin was our favorite place to stay during our 2 week tour of CO. It was a little taste of home away from home. We hope to return.

Great location!

Cabin is located on a working farm with acres of crops such as barley and alfalfa. Hosts/owners are nearby and very accommodating. Cabin is clean and comfortable. Host insures you have all your basic needs. Lots of areas nearby to explore and enjoy. Relaxing in the very quiet and beautiful setting is stellar! If you’re in the area be sure to make it your stay.

Pleasant Country Location with Genial Hosts

We had a wonderful four-night stay at the Duncan ranch. The cabin was spotless, well equipped and comfortable. Dan and Norma are exceptionally gracious hosts. We would return.

Yellow Jacket

Wonderful setting: working farm, good amenities, wonderful sunsets, and great night sky. Good hosts. Restful and calming. Easy access to Cortez and Mesa Verde. Recommended!
