"The location of the cabin is great, and the cabin is gorgeous, the yard is well maintained and beautiful. I appreciate that the host is very generous to offer from linens, kitchen, to family entertainment. We definitely want to come back again, hopefully this winter"

Place was a dump
"We arrived onsite to have the front door lock be broken, there was mold on the bannisters, there was water stains in several rooms, and bug beds in the new matresses. We brought all of this up to the property manager and he made excuses for everything, did not offer to clean or fix any of the problems ..."
