Gorgeous room which was upgraded Some of the friendliest and helpful staff we have ever met namely David at the front desk John and Niko in concierge Sophia in guest relations Lisa in housekeeping on the 40th floor. Delicious breakfast which was plentiful each morning. Gym was small but with all the required equipment Pool wasn't heated but clean as were the steam rooms and jacuzzi. Shopping malls are just one stop away by subways and it’s only cost ¥3.00. I encourage everyone should take either the subway option or local bus to get around towns and it is VERY inexpensive. And have more money to enjoy the local foods and souvenir to bring home for friends and families. "

"Great location right by the LV ship and walking distance to a food street plus many more eateries. Room was beautiful with many thoughtful touches like charging cables, bath salts, haribo gummies (heart) and more. There are also bicycles on site that you can use to get around Shanghai."
