"We had a bad experience with the hotel's social media support and management, but the hotel itself is very beautiful. The views are spectacular, and the staff's service is excellent—they're always available when you need something. I especially want to highlight the attention and the food from the cook, Lili. I truly believe the hotel would lose its essence without her. One thing to note: there are a lot of stairs, so you need to be in good shape to access the rooms."

"El lugar es precioso, mi parte preferida en Costa Rica. La comida estaba muy buena, las instalaciones no son lujosas pero está todo muy limpio, es cómodo, tienen aire acondicionado, etc. La atención es inmejorable, la dueña se quedó hablando con nosotros hasta bien entrada la noche contándonos historias de su infancia en Bahia Drake, uno de los mejores momentos en todo el viaje.
