"We truly enjoyed our visit. After a very busy 4 days in Tamarindo. The house in the sky was a nice way to end our stay in CR.The home was clean and contained everything needed. Air-conditioned and comfortable bedding. Pool area very nice, identified many birds and butterflies. Local contact was there to help with check in. The owner was excellent making the reservation and answering our questions. Highly recommend this property!"

The concierge service offered was not effective as the response time was very late and the concierge did not follow through to deliver some of the promised information. "We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. We brought our family so the 3 bedrooms were perfect for each of us to retreat to have any personal time and rest. The kitchen was well stocked. "We had a total of 12 people staying at Casa Natalia and we loved it! The house is beautiful, clean and perfectly located for a stay in Potrero. The concierge, Jimmy is fantastic, helping to not only prepare for our trip but arranging last minute requests. The housekeeper was a nice bonus, making the house feel like a hotel with fresh towels, made beds, etc. and the night security guard was also a nice bonus, although we always felt safe.
