Welcome to this modern and accessible ground-floor condo, offering everything you need for a relaxing and stress-free getaway. This space is thoughtfully designed with comfort, safety, and convenience in mind, making it ideal for couples, small families, or business travelers.

You’ll have easy access to local shops, boutiques, pharmacies, and Playa del Carmen’s trendiest spots, like Chez Céline for French pastries or La Cueva del Chango for authentic Mexican dishes and amazing breakfasts. Don’t miss Calle 38, the most beautiful street in Playa, filled with lush greenery, top restaurants, lively bars, and stylish boutiques. Plus, it leads directly to the beach, just steps from the condo.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is CUN (Cancun International Airport), approximately 35 miles away. Driving time varies depending on traffic.

Guests have access to a free assigned parking space. Local transportation options, including taxis and buses, are readily available for easy travel around the area.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests will be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $5 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. The meter will be checked on the day of arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.
- If you need a cot or pack an play, we can provide one for an extra fee previous notice given.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets or any kind of animal are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a code to the lockbox to retrieve the keys. The code will be sent before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
