No need to be West of the highway for spacious accommodations. We are on the Ocean side (East) of the highway, truly close to the beach and located in a safe and tranquil neighborhood just outside the hustle and bustle of the noisy streets of PDC.
We are in the perfect area for access to the X-parks, Cenotes, Beach, Town and all the other great activities the Riviera Maya has to offer.

We also allow the use of 2 bikes that we keep on the property. You may use them to ride to the beach or even just cruise around the neighborhood.

Since we, unfortunately, aren't able to spend more time there WE ARE SUPER EXCITED TO SHARE OUR GREAT CONDO WITH YOU, YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS!

Quiet neighborhood near the beach

Well stocked, secure condo in a gated community. Night time doorman. Beds were very comfortable, good wifi, air conditioning, two large screen TV’s. Tons of different spaces for the family to spread out in the condo and rooftop. Huge sofa, also very comfortable. Very quiet building. Two lovely bikes to ride around the neighbourhood, what a treat!

Very nice appt, Andy was very helpful. The rooftop is incredible, we spent most of our time on it or in the swimming pool downstairs.

Location from accessible beach and landmarks was a little further from than we expected, but if you enjoy being further away from touristy places this is definitely a perfect oasis.

Great location

Lovely gated community, quiet, great accessibility to the highway, beach and nearby shopping. Liked the pool and BBQ area. Jacuzzi is a nice touch, along with the upstairs set up, ate up there a couple times. Living area is spacious and having 3 bathrooms was a plus.

Beautiful property, but a little hard to find. Need to go to MEGA and get your toilet paper, paper towels and laundry soap, minimal supplied. Great Time !!! Great Property !!! Incredible Filet mignon at ZENZI BAR, awesome food at Coco's Cabana's, Great Chichen Itza Tour with Monica Rendon-Rivasa. Pool is virtually UNUSED. DANO

Lovely escape close to it all!

Andy was wonderful, extremely responsive and the staff on site keep everything beautiful. Amazing rooftop lounge area, main bedroom had an amazing bed, all got good nights sleep. The place is in a gated complex and we felt extremely safe. It’s a great location close to a free beach - within biking distance as advertised and plenty of beach clubs. 15 from downtown and a nice in between from Cancun and Tulum. Great place to enjoy Mexico and all the area has to offer!

Excellent family location

If you're looking for a tranquil and beautiful location, this is the spot for you. A few minutes outside of Playa del Carmen, away from the noise but close enough to dozens of Cenotes and excellent beaches. The rooms were perfect size for my wife and kids, the veranda was great to have breakfast and the private balcony was another great addition to our stay. We had dinner up there several nights, enjoyed the warm breeze and gazed at the stars. Andy was an excellent host! He responded promptly to our texts, provided answers to all of our questions and made sure that every accommodation was in order. I highly recommend staying at this location! If and when I go back to Cancun, I'd definitely stay there again.
