"The staff at the property were excellent. Helpful and hard working. I left feeling like I had made many new friends. They arranged our arrival from Belize city and departure for Ambergris Caye. We stayed at the hotel on the north island but used amenities at their sister hotel on the South Island of Caye Caulker. Staff was equally friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent at both locations where we tried all the local dishes."

"Loved this stay so much! It was a great location, had a nice little pool on the rooftop (although you won't even want to use it with the beautiful ocean right there!). Coral View seemed to be one of the only islands with that traditional 'hotel' style, with a lobby and elevators, etc. I would definitely stay here again! The AC was a great added bonus as it was super warm on the island!"

"The hotel needs upgrades. The location is ideal and the staff are incredibly helpful. They have a partnership with a resort on the other side of the split that has a lovely beach, pool, bar and restaurant."

"This hotel is old and needs updated. Nothing like the pictures in the photo . No elevators and stairs are not manageable especially after a long day of walking around the island. You have to ask for everything including towels. The rooms are dark and cold. No view except to a dirty yard space between buildings. If you are just using it to sleep then this is the hotel for you. It does not feeling like a vacation room on the cayes. Not worth the cost. Very disappointed will never stay here again....

"Good location across from the ferry terminal, although that did make it busy at times it was convenient. Breakfast “buffet” isn’t actually a buffet but a waffle thing, toast, eggs, and fruit that show up when the hosts arrive in the morning, but the time varies. Room was nice and clean. Our room had a decent kitchen but there was nothing in the kitchen to cook with. No hot water at all, even after telling them about it, sink and shower had no water pressure hardly. had room was finally cleaned...
