The 2-room apartment features high-quality, modern furnishings and is located on the first floor of Building 7.
The direct view of the marina and the lake beyond creates a maritime atmosphere.
The terrace with greenery faces south and is furnished with a table, four chairs (high-back/adjustable)
and two sun loungers.

The 56 m² living space is divided as follows:
A living/dining area with a kitchenette including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave; a separate bedroom; and a bathroom with a shower.

All windows and the patio door are equipped with electric insect screens.
The apartment is ideal for 2 people. An extra bed for one adult or two children can be added in the living room.
A small, natural beach access point to Lake Plau is located in the immediate vicinity (approx. 100 m).
A crib and a high chair can be reserved free of charge. Please bring your own bed linens, pillows, and blanket for the crib
. The harbor village of Plau am See is a traffic-calmed area. A parking space is available within sight of the apartment, on the outskirts of the harbor village. Luggage can be transported using handcarts provided on-site.
