"The room was very clean, and spacious!! The check in was super easy, we were even allowed to check in several hours early! The host was very helpful with directions and places to see. They even offered to help us get our stuff inside from the car because we had a newborn and it was raining!! 10/10 recommend"

"I and a friend stayed here while on a fishing trip. The pictures and description of the property was accurate. It is small, but if you’re staying while hunting or fishing it fits the bill. It is a little house—just as advertised—but nicely set up and equipped. It is about 11 miles out of Licking. If you come in to stay, a piece of advice: do NOT take Slabtown Rd in to the property. It is worth driving a little further and entering from Licking to have a paved road versus a narrow,...

"My husband and I were had reserved this property. Had a hard time finding it because address was skewed on mailbox. When my husband tried to get out of the car 6 or 7 dogs big and small and 1 two legged goat approached the car. They were barking and acted aggressively and did not react to his nice coaxing hoping they would let him pet them.
