"I had a truly wonderful stay. Although I was traveling for work this location was serene and surrounded by beautiful nature - Perfect for disconnecting and unwinding after a long day. The home was clean, cozy and thoughtfully prepared, well equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Kathie was extremely responsive, making the entire experience seamless. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet escape. I hope to return again soon. "

"Monday Cottage at Castlecliff is a charming and delightful holiday cottage. It has a very nostalgic feel, and the furnishings are brilliant to the period. It is close to the main beach which has lovely sunsets. For anyone wanting a true taste of period New Zealand then this is an ideal holiday base and location."

"We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Escape – Kai Iwi. It’s a cosy, well-maintained property that easily accommodated our group of 14, made up of three families with kids. The house was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed.The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the beach and ocean – absolutely perfect for anyone who loves being near the sea. "The property was lovely and met our needs.We were unaware host didn't meet us at check-in but sent msg that didn't show on email but required getting a code that took several minutes to appear on Ipad for us to get into the Stayz message. On home PC messages just appear; in NZ we needed code. There were no instructions on how to use TV, or find switch for outdoor lights when dark. The day after we returned home found 3 day old email from host requesting we feed the fish. Not seen so not done."
