Troba hotels a Platja Touchstone Resort, Llacs Muskoka i rodalia a partir de 63 €

"We had a wonderful stay at Inn at the Falls in Bracebridge, and it was the perfect place to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The property has a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere, and the Muskoka River view from our room made the experience even more special. The room was lovely, and the surroundings were perfect for a romantic getaway. We really enjoyed our time here and created some beautiful memories together. Thank you for being part of such a special occasion. I would definitely recommend...

"Everything"

"The Room wasn’t maintained like I thought it should be / we had popcorn still on the pull out couch and shower was still dirty. Kids loved the pool and breakfast was decent."

"Loved this new hotel. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfy. Staff at front desk was great very helpful and sweet. Only thing was the noise we heard constantly in the walls. We were beside the stairwell and the sound I thought was motor cycle but it turns out to be the elevator. Every few minutes I would hear the motor and it was down the hall from us. After a while I got used to it. But it was like an adventure to figure out where it was coming from. Odd for a new hotel to have its...

"Check in was easy and the staff was great. Well maintained and updated property in a great location! Highly recommend"

"Good size rooms best view clean near to all amenities perfect place"

"Good"

"Beautiful old-fashioned property by the lake. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. I did not like the breakfast, comprised in the price of the room. At that price (about 400$ a night) I'd like better coffee and fresh non-processed eggs. There was no omelette, and no soft boiled eggs. The potatoes were dry and the sausage unsavoury. What is the 49$ "property fee" for? To conclude, a beautiful property with friendly staff who need to improve the quality of breakfast."

"I wanted to enjoy our stay here but unfortunately the lack of customer service had a dramatic impact on our stay. We were excited to use the hot tub (myself and my two children). No one was outside so I figured it would be a good time to go down so the kids didn’t bug anyone. The hot tub was at 78 degrees. It was freezing. So we left and went back home to the room. I called the staff about 15 times with no answer to turn up the hot tub. We left the lid open in the hopes we would be back down...

"Clean room, staff are helpful and respectful, good airconfitioning, comfortable bed and clean beddings and towels"

"Looks can be really deceiving! In front you will think its a trash but they have nicest room we've stayed for long time compared to 3 stars and 4 stars. Rooms are fresh and newly renovated carefully thought of. Nice staff very convenient, we parked and right there we have our room. Highly recommended!"

"Great reception for a late arrval"

"If you're thinking of staying here, don't. Rooms are dirty and in need of updating. Floors including the shower are all soft and the place smells bad. The bed was the most uncomfortable ..not a good sleep. Was so glad when morning arrived so we could leave. Terrible experience for the ridiculous price we paid..."

"Not clean although the bedding smelled & looked ok….just over half a roll of toilet paper….. person in office had no idea what to do & stated that owner was called out of country on an emergency….. he gave us the key to a room & stated to have a good night….. we slept ok with no bug bites by morning….4 stations on TV 2 of which were BC news stations… 1 station sports & the latter was aptn aboriginal people television network….. there were notices on the office door from the fire department and...

"The room was dirty; it hadn't been cleaned. Also, the description didn't match reality."

"Time for major renovations….basics were there…bathroom was clean , water was hot…but no drinking glasses, Kleenex, no chair or table in the room. Did have coffee and tea available in the lobby. Our room key was in an envelope on the desk…no one around! Front door open all night."
