"The cottage was cute and comfortable. Pleasant decor, comfy seating. We didnt cook but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. Bedding and mattress were less than excellent. But overall we had a lovely time!"

"The location was excellent and the house was very comfortable. The views of the ocean were spectacular. The only down side was the cleanliness, dust on surfaces and cobwebs on walls and light fixtures. The upstairs entertainment room also had an overwhelming smell of dog urine. It was just my husband and I so we just avoided that part of the house and connecting bedroom. We did reach out to the management company and they send they would alert their local team. "

"The owner/manager has supplied the place with everything you may need to have a great visit. The bed was comfortable, as was the seating in the living room If you like to play pin ball or pac man, it’s upstairs Great grassy backyard for our dog to run. It was great being able to park our car in the garage with an entrance into the house. We used Georgie’s for take out, very easy and the food was great. I highly recommend the Aframe for a great getaway"

"Enjoyed it all right on the beach.. walking forever with the dog and friend at low tide just out the front door. Fabulous kitchen with a view. Jacuzzi tub in one bathroom, and awesome master bathroom with a view.Then to top it off a rooftop hot tub to star gaze while soaking.There was a little issue at check in and management responded immediately and took care of us so well… everything was perfect"

"My family has a beach house in Waldport and several family members were coming down for Memorial day. We needed extra room so we rented the Mermaids Lair. We really enjoyed our stay and enjoyed all the mermaids.The neighborhood was amazing so quiet and so close to the beach. It was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this house for families and froends."

"Stayed here over New Years with my best friend and my daughter. My brother lives nearby and it was great to have this cozy little place to come back to after a busy day. Most memorable was curling up on the couch listening to the storm outside with the fireplace. Very comfy! The house was very clean, kitchen was well stocked. And having 2 bathrooms was a god send. We were able to host a meal or two and that was fun. "

"It was warm when we walked in, that’s always a plus! Although it was pretty wet because my glasses steamed up. You should definitely have a dehumidifier running full-time in the living room as well as the bedroom this time of year. We got hail and intermittent heavy rains all weekend! Both propane heaters got it really hot and quick making it very comfortable after a long day elk hunting in the freezing rain. The property manager got back with me very fast because I thought there was a missing...

"Cute little beach house. House was clean and hot tub was nice. Only complaint is the beds, mainly the one in the room near the hot tub. Felt like an old matress someone found on craigslist or something. Worst sleep ive had in awhile. You need the hot tub to help your body after trying to sleep on that bed."

"The house was just as listed. Communication was great. Loved that we could walk everywhere and we lucked out with great weather. Loved seeing the start of spring blooms (it won't be spring where we live for another month or so). I have already recommended this home to others."

"Comfortable and pleasant house to spend a good weekend, only that the garden part is a little neglected and full of cobwebs but from there it is super nice"

"Great little spot right on the ocean. Beach access about a 2 min walk away to the north. Can be a bit tricky getting down with small ones but we managed. We were there during a storm and home stayed warm although water did pool in the slider track, so something to be aware of during heavy rain. All in all it was a great property and we enjoyed our stay. "

"The property was exactly what was advertised! The views were spectacular! House was clean and comfortable with more than enough room for our group of 6 adults and one 4 year old. We loved the private beach access. Stairs are steep, but had no problems! Our family loved it and would definitely book again! "

"This is a decent little apartment right on the beach with nice views. The back sliding door windows facing the beach in Unit 2 are not clear because there is some residue of some sort on them blurring the view. Other units don't have this problem. Other than that, the proximity to the beach and views from other windows are great. The apartment is right on the highway so road noise is a factor, though on the ocean side, you will hear the ocean."
