Viatges a Platja Surfside

Our stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The room was not up to an acceptable standard, and the bathroom was not clean when we arrived. Additionally, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, causing excessive condensation after taking hot showers. The condensation made the bathroom floor wet and slippery, so I had to use one of our towels to dry the floor to prevent anyone from slipping. When I requested additional towels from the front desk, I was told that I was only allowed to receive four sets of towels. Considering that one of our towels had to be used to address a safety issue caused by the bathroom's lack of ventilation, I found this response unacceptable. Overall, the cleanliness of the room, the bathroom ventilation issue, and the poor customer service significantly affected our stay. I expected a much better experience and hope you will address these concerns and consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Myrtle Beach I had no complaints our room had no air and the had no problem moving us to a room that had air even help us move to the next room 10 out of 10 loved it

Definitely a family oriented place. If you don’t have kids, this isn’t the place to stay. Was clean and restaurants served very good menu. The bar onsite closed at 9 pm. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great location with restaurant and bar on site. Something to do for everyone

The elevators are very slow. There is no complimentary breakfast.
