Das Highlight war ein gratis Zimmer Upgrade und am Ende des Aufenthalts haben wir Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung geschenkt bekommen. Das Hotel liegt nahe am Strand und rundherum gibt es viele gute Restaurants. Ein großes Danke und Lob an das Mary Team, vor allem Maria und Sofie an der Rezeption. "I fully recommend this place eyes closed, 1000%. The service I just can’t describe it. Whenever we needed something we got it right away. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, welcoming. This place is very peaceful. 15 mins away driving from rethymno so if you want to be closer to everything ( restaurants, old town, etc then this place wont be your best choice. Regardless, is worth going. You can make reservations to eat at Kapsaliana hotel."

"Super freundliches und engagiertes Personal, sauber und Pool & Strand super gepflegt. Sehr leckeres und qualitativ hochwertiges Essen - auch glutenfrei möglich! Kinderprogramm war auch wunderbar. Unser erstes Familienzimmer war relativ laut (Klimaanlage vor dem Balkon, Fahrstuhl), konnten aber wechseln."

The hotel is exceptional - we have stayed in many places all over the world and Uzenie is genuinely the best. What makes it so fantastic are the amazing staff - their attitude and attention to detail was exemplary. They really go out of their way to be helpful - a few examples: my husband had some important work calls but the rooms are not set up with desks but one of the managers gave up...

"We had a fantastic stay at this lovely small hotel with amazing staff. It is located about 3K from Rethymnon old town making it a quieter location for a peaceful holiday, but there are still plenty of good eateries and shops near by and a taxi into town is 12 euro. The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. It’s right on the beach and boasts 3 pools (one of which is indoors). There are more sun loungers than guests so you will always find somewhere to soak up the sun whenever you venture...

"Sehr tollen Aufenthalt gehabt auch wenn nur für eine Nacht. Auf eine späte Check-in und Out Anfrage kam man mir sehr freundlich entgegen und wurde auch gestattet. Hatte somit eine erholsame Nacht und ein schönes Frühstück mit Aussicht. Lieben Dank! 💗"
