"Beware - The only access to the property is through a locked street level door. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. The staircase is very steep to ascend/descend, very difficult & dangerous to navigate with heavy luggage. The AC worked very poorly. "Lovely hotel, an easy walk to most places, with friendly staff. Clean room, with fresh towels each day, there were ants but the staff were quick to deal with them. Nice pool area, drinks were a little expensive compared to most other places on the island but a good size and the food was really good - the lemon pesto pasta with muscles and gnocchi in particular! "Be aware that if you plan to cruise or use the airport shuttle, do your research. The location is not close to the cruise port, so you will pay a lot in taxi fares. The airport shuttle only runs from 9 am to 5 pm. If you have a large group, they will not accommodate the whole group, plus you have to reserve in advance. "The hotel setting was beautiful with easy access to the pool from the room. The room spec was not completely in line with the rest of the hotel standards, which has an amazing pool area and very attentive staff.
