On arrival check in was nice and quick,Staff very friendly and polite,Once I got my keys and was in my room I read the inventory there was a check list ,I went through it items where missing, I called the main Office, This took time only there for a day, Room was loverly size Kitchen need finishing off also Bathroom,But don’t let that put you off, Would stay there again,Great location."

"I’m not sure where to start with this. The hotel had a “reggae festival” on which wasn’t stated when booking the stay. Which means the car park (which is one of the perks of the hotel. Was inaccessible even to guests. The staff were too busy with this “festival” meaning the woman that was on the desk doesn’t usually work the desk so didn’t know what she was doing. "The Chadwick is in a great location and is nice, kitchen is not very well equiped there are lots of empty cupboards. There was tea and coffee but sugar had ran out. On arrival we opened all windows as the place had been heavily sprayed with air freshener which i cant stand and luckily none of us have asthma"

"unfortunately there was no hot water in the shower, tv was not working, the flush in toilet was temprimental and the toilet seat was moving, bed frame was broken. Definitely not worth £116 per night and without the breakfast. Daylight robbery. Was cleaned and nice man helped us to enter the front door. Sadly basic amenities failed."
