"My wife and I loved the atmosphere, location, and staff. The atmosphere was serene and relaxed, exactly what is needed while on vacation. The location is perched atop a hill behind City Center— far enough away from the street where vehicle noise is not heard. The staff made us feel like we were the only two lodging there. Kitchen staff member Saad left a wonderful impression. I recommend the property if you value calmness and relaxation."

"great location, easy to get around by walking or car , good restaurant across the street , Pizza di amore and Lamande Bakery and Sweet, I booked 2 rooms, one for me and one for my friend, all clean and well maintained, I was worried about previous reviews that people talked about finding bedbugs but I have to be honest , in our 3 nights stayed, both rooms were absolutely bugs free. no smells, just a little noisy outside but it didn’t bother my heavy sleep, lool. and yes I would say it is safe...

"They went the 'extra mile': The concierge didn't bat an eyelid when I asked them to repair a tear in my suitcase. Later that evening I got a call to say it had been repaired, and they brought it straight to my room. 5 star service at the concierge desk."

"We had a lovely one bedroom apt with a pool and ocean view . They on a hill that we walked up and down most days but they have a free shuttle if you dont want to walk . There is a gym and pool on a higher level and they have a 3d pool down by their beach. There is a ramp over sheraton road and an elevator that takes you down to the 3d pool and the beach with lounges that are free for guests . Just pick up your towel at the pool by the hotel and a beach acess card at reception . They have...

"La gentillesse de l’équipe et du directeur"

"Super nice adult-only resort. Lots of activities day and night. Great variety of food with beautiful presentation."

"Prima strand en zwembad. Onderhoud redelijk. Bed, warm water en prima airco. Maar er mag wel eens een schoonmaak bedrijf door het park"

"Payment was not smooth Toilite paper and water was not enough. For example one small roll daily for three persons Food did not taste as fresh"

"L'hôtel est très bien ainsi que la piscine seul le petit déjeuner était répétitif"

"Problem with water, electricity and Wi-Fi"

"Het resort is heel groot en bijna vol moeilijk om aan strandstoel te komen na 8u in de ochtend. De afstand naar de kamer soms groot en er tussen de gebouwen zijn geen wc beschikbaar. Te veel kraaien"

"Very good place"

"Ong leaks smell basement this place was nice I would say 30 years ago needs re building"

"Ich bin extrem enttäuscht und fühle mich verarscht. Das Zimmer war bei Weitem nicht sauber – ich würde minus 10 Punkte geben, wenn es ginge. Das Essen war durchgehend schlecht bis sehr, sehr schlecht. Hinzu kommt, dass das Team nicht ehrlich war und mir unberechtigt zu viel Geld verlangt hat. Absolut unseriös und eine Frechheit. Von diesem Hotel kann ich nur abraten!"

"The reception staff manager was very rude, and he said inappropriate jokes to us. The room had a weird musty smell. The restaurant was the best thing, if you like to try authentic Egyptian food you’ll like it. However if you like western cuisine you might not like it at all. The beach is extremely shallow, we enjoyed it as we didn’t swim much. And it requires swimming shoes, impossible without it."
