Beautiful porch view of the beach and nice lobby/pool area. But the room needed a HUGE makeover: dirty sheets, peeling paint on walls, musty carpet, tiny bathroom with rust and stains in the tub and sink, terribly thin walls, and broken down doorways. It looked and felt SO CHEAP. We thought we had 2 queens, but discovered the room had two doubles - meanwhile, no water available in the lobby, coffee machine broke, creamer ran out, staff were loud and unfriendly. Do not stay here - there are loads of other hotels and rentals on the boardwalk. We will not return.

The room was disgusting! We received clean towels, opened up and black long hair fell out. But the location I guess was worth the nasty. I liked the porch.
