Requested sheets get changed and clean towels while we went out to spend the day at the beach.
A housekeeper came at about 8:30 am and I let her know that we didn’t want the service at this moment. Before we left, I called the office and requested that someone come now that we are leaving. Got back from a full day at the beach and came back to a messy bed and the same used towels thrown in a pile for the housekeeper to take. It was the inconvenience of it all. We will be back for sure and I’m hoping things are tightened up as far as communication goes.
