When we were unloading our belongings from our truck we were cased by some guys who were cruising around the the parking lot and presented like they were marking us to break in after we left the vehicle, as they slowed down and were looking at our car as they passed us and then suspiciously parked behind a nearby...

"Stayed 2 weeks, no room service for clean towels or even clean the room over course of 2 weeks even though was told every 3 days they would. No fridge or microwave in room, had to maintain my own ice chest, at least there was an ice machine. Front desk seemed annoyed when asked for simplest thing of toilet paper, had to provide my own amenities."

"We had ants in the bathroom, but the towels were clean. Toilet seat was severely mastered and distasteful looking. The beds were made nicely, but the sheets had stains. The room was not cleaned well. There were large chunks of debris on the floors. The armchair did not look clean at all and the lamp had a burned out bulb. The breakfast was sparse, but tolerable. The staff were helpful and polite though."

"Breakfast was pretty bad. Lots could be done to make it better. Suggestion: Put out some butter early so that it isn't freezer cold when people want to use it. Suggestion: Use fresh eggs in the egg/sausage section. Suggestion: Ensure that there is enough sausage. Suggestion: Have better selection of teas. Suggestion: Keep enough coffee for every guest to have a couple of cups. Suggestion: Have some honey set out."
