"Great location and the room was clean with everything we needed and lots of room. Comfy bed and good shower."

"Its location"

"It took alot to get the rooms warm even though it was warm outside. The bed sheets were dirty when I went to get i to bed, rang the reception and they came and changed the sheet (at 10pm). There are very, very limited kitchen items. The pot was very big and you couldn't cook with the pot and fry pan at the same time because they both wouldn't fit. The TV wasn't even attached level on the wall. It is a very rundown unit, but you get what you pay for."

Bathroom is full of mould, and rotting wood amd filth on the floor Rest of the room was filthy with dirty handprints on doors and the window sills were dirty and mouldy No smoke alarms Spa has broken and missing tiles Over charged We stayed 1 night ( arriving when it was dark) when we saw the state of the room in daylight we left and stayed elsewhere and...

"Hotel was so clean and all new. I loved their sauna and spa. Just hope spa pool temperature should be more hot. All others were perfect."

"A lovely, modern hotel right next to the Quay. Easy access for food, drinks, shopping and sightseeing. Check in was very easy and the staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay."

"Hidden gem in the back of old Albany. Good value for money and a very well-kept, clean property with all the amenities you require, ample parking and great check-in/check-out systems."

"Great stay, easy to drive where we wanted to go. Lots of great little restaurants and shops within walkin distance under 5 minutes."

"Phenomenal staff. Room was great and the hotel is in a perfect location."

"Great stay in this clean apartment which had everything I needed for my stay. Quiet area and good parking."

"Good hotel in downtown Auckland. Room was nice, so were the people. Wry small lobby space and we weren’t allowed into the bar because of a private event. We went down to the Marriot one block away… much nicer and bigger lobby space"

"Great"

"Great location close to Viaduct restaurants and waterfront. Retro vibes are fun with spacious rooms and clean amenities. We will be back again!"
