"Friendly staff, clean, basic no frills but great price and perfect location for our needs since we spent little time at the hotel."

"Loved the restaurant and outdoor patio! Fantastic and friendly wait staff. I hosted a surprise birthday party for my husband and the staff could not have been more helpful!"

"All good - location, clean, friendly staff -- just a bit expensive"

"The hotel is in a good neighborhood walkable to many restaurants, beach and pier. The room was fine and clean."

"Great area to stay in, no noise which was good, the parking was pretty limited & tricky & the shower to turn on was also a bit tricky. Other than that would highly recommend. :)"

"We loved the location being on State Street and the historical significance of the hotel as well. The room was beautiful and very well designed / decorated. The bathroom could have had more hooks for towels. Also, the room was missing a dresser or an area to put your clothes in. It seemed kind of odd that there really was not a place to put your clothes. There really wasn't a great area to relax at the hotel (like an outside patio (on the roof?)). I realize that you are limited with space but...

"The facilities were a bit basic for the price point, but it's still a decent option to keep in mind if you're looking for a place to stay."

"was good location"

"Cozy and cool property just a block away from the harbor. Great location to"

"Nice older updated property, the tile floor left our feet black just walking in the room. The window AC so loud could not talk easily. The outside grounds were great and well kept. Morning continental breakfast and afternoon wine and snacks excellent."
