"Chambre humide, moissisure, climatisation defectueuse qui poussait un air chaud et etouffant, le personnel n’a pas été accommodant pour notre arrivée personne n’etais sur place a l reception tel que mentionné dans le descriptif. Nous avons écourté le séjour."

"Reception only open between 12noon and 8pm. No lift available after or before that. No hand rail on the stairs! Not disabled friendly. Our room was clean but shower door wouldn’t shut in my son’s room. Water everywhere! He also found 2 cockroaches in his room. Nowhere to put underwear etc away. Had to leave in the suitcase. There was a hanging rail for tops etc."

"Perfect landing after a hot and long journey. Right on the main square so the location was perfect. Caught the bus from Palma, got off in Pollença and walked maybe 300 yds. Easy to find. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend."

"Nice hotel with high standards, spacious rooms, great service, a lovely pool, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!"
