"Everything was great with the exception of checkout. I requested an extra hour because I have chrons and mornings are difficult with me being in the bathroom a lot. Normally this is not an issue. This company wanted to charge me twenty-five an hour. I found this to be a little ridiculous. Other than that stay was great, communication was great!"

"Other than the TV service, which they are changing, it was very nice. The owners assistant was fantastic. She helped me with the TV service, until it went wacky & her's did too. We all called them."

"It was an absolute blast! Just minutes from the beach, super clean, easily accessible everything! Definitely going to go back to Horizon South Resorts!"

"Great neighborhood. Loved the variety of pools/hot tub options! Absolutely loved the fact that they had a pool for my toddler, and she certainly loved that too! The only thing that caught me by surprise was having to pay to park and buy everyone staying an armband, which was not mentioned when I booked the room, it actually said “free parking” "

"The balcony’s are huge and very private, the views are incredible! This condo was fantastic, I would recommend replacing the throw rugs. The floor could have been a little cleaner, our white socks were black on the bottom. "

"We had a wonderful stay. Location is great. Close to everything and the ballparks. Had a blast at the Jetty at St. Andrews State Park. For the price the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Management Services were outstanding. Grocery right across the street."

"Susie has thought of it all! Smell was fresh and clean, beds were amazing, everything was well stocked, and we had the most beautiful views! Couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else when we come to PCB! This place knocked our socks off! Everything we could think of… Susie already had it. 10/10 You won’t regret staying here! What a great getaway"

"I was mislead with inaccuracy information. I was lead to believed this was ocean view from the condo, it was not. We got a unit that is between two buildings. Upon arrival we did not had any privacy. We had to improvised during our stay with paper towels and masking tape. The front side window has no blind and the living sliding doors curtains did not covered the whole opening. The information also said there were two bathrooms, we only had one. The shower only had hot water, could not shower...

"Awesome location with everything you need! Winn Dixie is basically next door for anything else, and all you need to do is cross the street to the beach. The host is very quick to respond to messages too! Would have booked for longer if it had been available for such. Thank you so much!! "

"We were in PCP to attend the Gulf Coast Jam where our son was one of the performers. The unit was so nice and clean. The view was amazing, and the beach service (umbrella/chairs) was an added bonus. It was a nice, Quiet part of PCP. John was so helpful with our booking. Definitely will consider this property again! "

"Place was perfect for us with our dog and electric bikes! So close to beach! House was clean and easy access to everything you could possibly need! Appreciated having parking close and safe neighborhoods to walk dog and ride bikes and close walk to the beach and store and restaurants!! A great place to spend your vacation in PCB will definitely return!! also loved having a washer and dryer and full kitchen! The TVs were really big and nice too with one in every room! "

"Stay was very comfortable and relaxing. There was plenty to keep us occupied between the pools, hot tibs, and beach. Waits for elevators can be a bit long if trying to take a luggage cart, but once you get on one, it moves pretty quickly. "

"Everything was good. The previous guest did not turn on the dishwasher (minor inconvenience).The television streaming was not good (both in the living room and bedroom).All in all, it was a great place to stay. "

"The condo was as listed on the description. It was clean and well kept. Short walk to the beach and quite. The only thing that would have been helpful if the beach equipment was listed. We packed ours ( a struggle with luggage for 7 people) but when we arrived there was a closet with everything we needed."

"The internet is a little slow. Elevators hardly worked. You don't have any service on the balcony. Over all the places really clean. Don't forget to bring your own toilet trees. The pools were great and the beach was beautiful. "
