"Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. "

"Amazing location just near the Albert dock. Stayed with wife and 2 children and had wonderful time - we were there for The Open so would recommend as great place to stay. Only tip is to try to sort parking at location - limited places but I was not aware. Having said that, there is cheaper alternative 5 mins walk away that hotel has special rate on so no big deal if you have to park elsewhere."

"W had a lovely stay in this well located hotel. The room was amazing and the staff extremely helpful. They are renovating the 1st floor, which was a bit noisy early one morning, but we spoke to reception and the ensured this did not happen the second night."

"Prior to our arriving we had some queries regarding the parking and the staff on the phone were very helpful and friendly. As we arrived early one of the domestic team was there to let us drop our cases off early. The apartment building was stunning outside and very nice and clean inside. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We will absolutely be back to stay when we return to this amazing city. Happy to recommend."

"This is an honest review. We loved the vibe of the hotel. The staff was trying and were helpful to a fault. The area the hotel is in is quite run down and I wouldn’t want to be walking alone at night. I understand that sometimes staff can’t work , but the restaurant and pub were closed the first night which meant calling for food delivery. The beds were good , but the floor was dirty , the toilet was dirty with hair on the back of the toilet seat. We had to go down and get toilet paper. The...

"Excellent location, easy check in and out. Parking not available at property but plenty of car parks within a few minutes walk although quite expensive. Had an awful sleep as bin trucks woke the whole house at 5am due to a window that we couldnt close due to being too high up. Place overall clean but did have dirty toilet brushes, dirty windows and needs a fresh lick of paint. But bedding, Kitchen and bathrooms clean. Some mattresses ok others sunken im and uncomfortable. "Been to the Dolby quit a few times over the years. Free parking, helpful staff, clean basic room as a base. Just wish the bathrooms were bigger and no step to get to them. Over all very good value for money."

"Really great hotel in a fantastic location. You can walk around the docks, walk to the city centre and Liverpool Central Station. Used a a base to go to Royal Birkdale to see the Open. Its was perfect."
