"We appreciate everything about this place. The location was perfect especially it's proximity to the beach. Including the beach chairs and towels were thoughtful of the host. We were able to comfortably have 6 people stay there without feeling crowded. It was in a nice neighborhood that we walked around in. Such a nice comfortable stay. The host was also responsive quickly to any of my questions. Thank you!"

"Very nice property. We enjoyed our stay. Rooms and beds are huge and comfortable. The apartment was clean. How cleaning solution was overpowering, had to open windows to vent the property. Apartments come with 2 parking spots, but in the back can be a bit challenging to get in and out if anything larger than a sedan. I would stay there again. I didn’t take any pictures."

"This place is a perfect location. The hosts are outstanding! The place is very cute but I didn’t read the description careful & i felt the low ceilings were too much for me. I also thought there was a balcony but it’s just very creatively done to look like outside. So all these things were because I wasn’t reading carefully. Overall, it was very well done, clean, quiet & a great location! We loved riding bikes around the area! "

"The property was phenomenal. The host was amazing as well and had amazing communication. There was not an overwhelming amount of “extra” decor, making the property feel like a true home. I recommend this property 100%. It is in the middle of Jacksonville, so there are many places near when we stayed. The cleaners also did an amazing job, everything was set up beautifully, and there was more than enough supplies given. Thank you for the beautiful experience."

"Audrey was amazing to work with and answered all my questions. The space was perfect for my husband and I. The bed was very comfortable and soft. A huge plus for the two of us. Pillows were comfortable as well. She had all the tools one would need in the kitchen, we only used plates and the Keurig. It is close to food and coffee shops, not walkable but driving is easy. The beach is walkable with its own access which is nice with the shower outside to rinse feet was great. We will be back! "
