The Avenue is situated in a very central location to the centre of town and within 10 kms to the major attractions. The hotel staff are very helpful and the cleanliness is of a very high standard. Breakfast is five star and the gym is we well equipped. Beds are comfortable and the rooms quiet and private.

Firstly, had an upgrade offer from hotel which we accepted but when checking in staff all rooms were taken so no upgrade. Secondly, we asked to confirm addition of 2 kida for breakfast and received no confirmation back. Thirdly, room's Bar fridge was empty
