"Provisions Cafe is a 10/10, access to the ferry is a 5 minute walk. Only negative is there no market close. House is homey feel ready with easy access and good secure feel. Property Manager was in constant communication and ready to fulfill any and all needs. Very receptive to constructive criticism to help improve experience. Overall this rent a 10/10 and would recommend."

"We were in Berkeley for just a couple of days and stayed in this home for one night. It was my first time booking a home, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and perfectly decorated. Everything you need for a comfortable and welcoming stay is provided. There’s a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and all the essential kitchen items. "A fun cozy space to stay in! Location was great, easy to find but a little secluded off the street. I never had to look far for parking. Lots of amenities thoughtfully arranged in the room, I had everything I needed and nothing felt cluttered. Erin's communication was quick and helpful. I would happily stay here again."
