Platja de Long Branch

We didn’t get the room that we chose. According to them, they do not give rooms that are chosen but to what is available. Our room was in another building far from the actual Tropicana. It was a motel that closed down that Tropicana took over. Our room smelled like mold which we complained about twice. They said someone will come within the hour to deordorize the room which they didn’t. The carpet was almost black and the wall paper was falling off. I’ve machines was not on all the floors so you would have to take a guess to go a floor up or floor down for ice. The shower curtain had mildew. It took me an half hour just to check out. Overall, this was the worst experience in hotels especially in Atlantic City.

They had as bs 190 fee that they DONT tell you about until you book and get there

Bar tender at the 5 o'clock somewhere Bar ignored me and ate a slice of pizza. There was no one else at the bar at 8pm and he looked right at me but never took my order just ate his pizza looking at me. After 3 minutes I walked away. Homeless people walking around the casino asking for money. Homeless people walking around the one of the doors cussing. Took the stairs in the parking garage and there were needles on several floors and a lot of trash. Very dirty .
