"Hotel provided excellent, home-made breakfast. The breakfast was more high-end than any average hotel. It is walkable to nearby shops/restaurants, but need a taxi to visit the archaeological sites and Sidi Bou Said."

"This is a B&B and not a hotel. I was in the superior room with a king and a twin. At check out they charged me extra for the twin although in the original booking it clearly said King and Twin, so I dont know where the extra charge came from. Water was not hot and I had to take a cold shower. Shower gel given was half used from previous occupants may be. I asked if there is laundry onsite and they insisted they will do it for me without quoting me the price and at the end added it to the bill....

"The room I originally booked was unavailable, and I was offered a different room, which had an unpleasant smell. I was told it was an upgrade, but it did not meet my expectations. After I declined the room, the staff provided me with a clean and comfortable room instead. Despite this issue, the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay."

"A gem of a hotel right in the heart of Sidi Bou Said. Everything you need is a walking distance. Everything about it was worth the money. "A very beautiful hotel. Clean and newly renovated. Although this isn't a traditional hotel. For example, they don't have a reception, and their breakfast is very unpredictable. I had a table laid out for me, looked like I was the only one, but was not offered options. I just had an omelette given to me. The next day I texted the receptionist (via whatsapp) to understand, and she informed me that it's whatever the cook has, so if I wanted something I should ask. It would have been nice to inform...

"Bad experience: the hotel is located in the same building of the night music club : very very noisy till 7.00am, and closed to restaurants (it smells the shrimps in the room...). The access to the spa is closed, and the "jet" in the swimming do not work... The stairs to the sea are very not well maintained (dangerous)..
