The room was cleaned every day and a towel service came every evening. The only negative was that the bathroom shower pipe dripped some times and the face basin water would back up if we didn't adjust the plug.
The staff were very attentive and courteous
Check-in was a breeze and great experience.
They had some really lovely pools and the entertainment was fun.

Just a little issue with the AC of my room, I reported, the mechanic came and did not fixed at all, all the time high humidity and this was terrible.
