My only problems were that there was no microwave at all, not even in the hallways and the pillows were super uncomfortable. I stayed with kids and thought there would be microwaves. We brought lots of microwaveable food/snacks and it all went to waste. Had to spend lots more money that we didn’t intend to on food. Also, I struggle from severe migraines and these pillows only look fluffy but once you lye your head on it, it’s like if it’s full of air. Your head goes right through it to the mattress under.
