"Amazing stay with Stefano and family. Great room, beautiful terrace and lovely home made breakfast. Great location to visit Siracusa and then relax."

"Excellent stay. A nice serene property with stunning views and warm hospitality. Wish we had stayed longer and explored the property more. Coming back for more"

"This hotel is an excellent location to explore Noto or get out of the City being located right at the edge of the pedestrian zone. The breakfast options are great and all the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the rooftop patio in the early evening before going out for dinner. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom larger than most hotels was stayed in while in Italy."

"Proprietari gentili; simpatici e attenti;la signora che li aiuta simpatica e anche lei gentilissima. Struttura in pieno centro. Consigliatissima!"

"Nice hotel, excellent rooms, the location amazing."

"Wunderbares B&B in einem herzigen Städtchen. Schöner Pool, grosses, sauberes Zimmer, feiner Zmorge, sehr nettes Personal. Restaurants, Strand, einkaufen alles gut erreichbar. Genügend Parkplätze, gut organisiert. Vollste Empfehlung. ❤️"

"It’s a beautiful property. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Siracusa/Ortigia. It has 2 large pools. The Restaurant at the resort is top notch and the included breakfast is the best in Sicily- absolutely incredible. The staff and owner are very nice and were very accommodating."

"Annalisa was wonderful. She allowed us to get in early and even saved a spot for us to park. Amazing. The room was clean and cozy. A little small but for the one night it was perfect. The location could not be better. One block from the Main Street that is 1 min walking. I definitely recommend it and would stay there again."

"The hotel staff was wonderful, informative and very accommodating. The beach was excellent. Breakfast was good, location was good. The beach was small but a little piece of heaven."

"Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl (allerdings in den Tagen, in denen wir alleine gefrühstückt hatten, war das Obst nicht ganz so frisch). Tolle, beeindruckende Zimmer, fast wie in einem Museum. Sehr freundliche Ansprache durch das Personal, auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Sehr nah zum Stadtkern von Noto gelegen, ebenfalls super nahe zum Bus-Terminal."

"A little gem on the outskirts of Avola town centre. Buffet breakfast with homemade specialities. Direct walking distance to the beach or town square. English speaking lovely hosts who are very keen to answer any questions. There are local bus services for all connections to other areas to visit like Sirucusa , Noto etc and also a direct bus to Cantania airport which runs hourly: tickets are to be pre-booked at Via Dante 9 and the bus stop is just over the same square Piazza Triestre. "The staff were lovely and helpful, and the location in Siracusa was fantastic. We were an easy walk to numerous restaurants in Siracusa and Ortigia. The morning breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a perfect bonus. Would stay here any time we return!"

"Emanuele made our stay very special. He was super helpful helping us with checking in, brining the luggages and he even parked the car for us. Our room is very spacious, clean and well decorated. Best of all the next door is a fish market and a seafood restaurant owned by the hotel. The food was very delicious. The breakfast was also delightful. It is about 15 minutes walk to Ortigia."
