Dit is onze vierde keer dat we in dit appartement verbleven. Netjes en verzorgd als altijd. Sara en Witek zijn altijd enorm toegankelijk en behulpzaam, net als hun manager Darek. Der self-Check-in funktioniert noch nicht so, man braucht Hilfe bei der Eingabe z.B. der PKW Nummer (sonst kein Parkplatz) mir wurde ein falsches Zimmer (ohne Wanne und Balkon) zugewiesen-deshalb ärgerlich, weil du dann doch wieder auf englisch den Mann vom Self-check in anrufen musst, nach 5Minuten ...

A very enjoyable weekend – spacious, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts, and incredibly friendly staff, always helpful, from the hotel reception to the restaurant and aqua park. We highly recommend this place to families with children – you certainly won't be disappointed.
