"HUGE pool but my sons pointed out hair, etc. in the pool. I would’ve loved to clean it out if there was a net/scooper. Also towels were strewn about that other guests had left out. Is it that hard for a staff member to swing by the pool every couple of hours to pick them up? Certain spots of our room looked dirty, like some gross spots on the chair. So I wasn’t impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was just fine."

"Please invest in more than one elevator or atleast ramps in each area. Extremely annoying to go back and forth especially when in building 5 and 6 when needing a trolly! Other than that it's a great hotel with a beautiful pool"

"Overall the syay was fine. It was last minute as we chose to stay overnight in spokane to be closer to out very sick dog who was being treated at the pet emergency clinic. The beds were average but it worked for us. The staff was veey friendly and I witnessed great customer service from a staff member to an older gal who was likely seeking treatment down the road. She helped get her coffee and went beyond to help her which was nice to see. I would say if you are going to do the complimentary...

"I’m giving this hotel a 3 star because of how outdated it is and how little sleep I got. This is a historic boutique hotel with very thin walls. It has 3 floors with the first floor being the lobby. The bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We stayed on the 2nd floor and could hear all the movement above us. I probably got 3 hours of sleep. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

"We were on the ground floor with an additional outside door in the room. Filthy. Dead bolt on that door did not work. Smelled of cigarettes. Super tired so just kept the room instead of changing. Bar right across the parking lot which was worrisome. Would not stay at this hotel again."
