"The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are clean and pleasant for a few days stay. The location in route 9 is convenient for Worcester and other locations in central Massachusetts.
There was a notice in the bathroom saying housekeeping would be done every other day but we did not get any housekeeping while we were there. We came back to unmade bed and dirty towels.
The blackout drapes also do not close properly or cover the edges of the windows effectively so the room is very bright at...

"I stayed for multiple nights and no one came to change my trash or make my bed that was disappointing. There was no one to help bring bags to the room because they were under staffed. Staff working were so nice and kind and helpful; would improve their work place if they had enough staff to cover the property."

"The staff at front desk were rude! I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor from this property for over a week now! I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist. I will NEVER use Expedia and and I will NEVER stay at another Fairfield Inn. Your customer service is pathetic."
