"Great location for wedding held at emerald hills event center. Easy drive to get gas, groceries…etcThe house was very clean and comfortable. The wrap around deck was wonderful. We used the grill and it worked great. Our dogs loved the large yard. We played bocce ball, corn hole and sat around the pool. It was fantastic. The kitchen was fully equipped and user friendly! The basement is great set up with small bar and the outdoor access makes it so easy for dogs. There were 6 of us plus 2 dogs...

"A great time was had! Very clean and modern. We really enjoyed the pool. A few things we ran out of: towels, blankets, and pillows. Lake access was a bit further than we expected. Overall - very nice!"

"Would highly recommend for any group looking to stay near Lake Rathbun. This property was the perfect spot for our 8 couples to stay comfortably with some privacy. The property manager was incredibly helpful and accommodating to ensure we had a positive experience. Incredible experience all around!"

"The place worked well for us on a hunting trip. The three bathrooms worked out for the 6 of us for getting ready in the morning and it was roomy compared to other places we looked online. It sleeps a lot and not all double beds."

"The property is perfect for a small family or small group. Host was friendly, responsive and great to work with. Will be staying here again in the near future. "

"This was a nice home for a weekend getaway with the family. We've stayed at these homes a few times now and have had fun each time. The pool is always nice and the night skies are always spectacular. The only minor things were that it can be loud since it's mostly hard surfaces, and could have been a bit more clean before we arrived. Also it appeared that there weren't any chlorine tablets in the pool? Could be wrong on that. But again, overall, we enjoy our time in these houses in the...

"We loved this stay, very accurate as depicted. We walked over to Caseys every morning for coffee and to get in a few steps. The apt had everything we needed from night lights to coffee and filters, to shampoo and body wash. Bed was very comfortable and the dark bedroom curtains allowed us to sleep in. Quiet apartment, even with residents on the 2nd floor."

"You could not ask for more beautiful place on the lake with walking paths and privacy. The accommodations for enjoying the outdoor space was great. The cabin was well stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing. We caught several small fish but we eventually found some large Crappies bass, and catfish. It was one week of total relaxation and heaven."

"The place was perfect for our fishing trip. Plenty of room to park trucks and boat. Nice fire pit, grill, and fish cleaning table. Close to boat ramp. Great hosts!"
